ORU is a company that sells the conversion kit:

Do some searching on Pirate4x4.com or Colorado K-5.

Also check out ORD for parts:

Only difference is going to be your frame width by the front cab mount. Roughly 36 or 38 '' wide. Would have to modify to accomidate for that.

As for the t-case, I just went NP241. A SYE is available for the 241. Not too sure about the 243. Too much lift and that rear slip yoke is gonna bind like a summbish.

I would also recommend NOT using front 80's chevy leafs. Do yourself a favor and run either rear's from a 1/2 ton (52'') or rears from a 3/4 ton (56'') They will drastically increase your ride PLUS, the stock rear leafs are automatically 4'' of lift.

Suspension guy on 422 by 79 has the leafs in stock usually and are cheap.

These pics are 52'' rear springs with the SKY kit:

Had the shocks mounted with the stock frame mount, but then for some reason cahnged my mind and went 3-Link

You plan on using the stock push buttons correct.

If you do so, you are going to have to hide the stock front actuator somewhere. If you try to remove it, you will get an error and it will not go into 4wd.

Plus the BCCM may not be compatable with that t-case motor.

The VSS wires are purple and green. The 241 has 2 or 3 speed sensors. The 243 has 1. Use only the tailhousing connector from the 241.

You are probably going to be better off using 2 or 3 on/off/on switches to engage or disengage the lo/hi/2wd modes.

yes im want to use the stock push buttons. for the front actuator hideing that up in the fram is not a problom. for the sensors on the transfer i know that one in the front is the shifter ,for the auther ones i'm not to sure what they are and what they are for.

    Tailshaft: VSS

Top Middle between input and front out: Hi/Lo/Neutral/2wd Indicator switch

Connector on shift motor: Shifts T-case (no shit right LOL)

And it would be the TCCM not the BCCM as i noted before. Sorry.
