Holy Crap. Com Chewy was never involved with HRJA... I'd reallly like to clear that up. If he was a member at one point, he did not have much to do with anything. i remember him coming out as a guest with someone on a trail ride.
I kind of understand what Hood is saying, but if the ATV riders are respectable not prone to wrong doing folks, they probably would stay out in the first place. thus you more than likely wont find a responsible rider tresspassing. It would be like going to a gang meeting and wondering why there wasnt more church type folks.
